Sales Assistant (Full-Time) – Teddington Sports

The perfect candidate will genuinely care about our customers, and take great pride in providing a service that ensures all customers leave the store feeling inspired to go out and love the sport they play. At Teddington Sports we aim to provide expert advice and knowledge on a superb range of sports equipment. Our customers should receive clear and concise information on which product will best suits their needs. We feel it is vitally important that players of all sports use equipment that is the right size, weight and quality for the level of competition they play.

Applicants should have a desire to work hard, pride themselves on being reliable, punctual and trustworthy. You will be required to work on your own and as part of a team whereby you will be responsible for looking after the business needs and managing casual/weekend staff. In order to achieve success in this role, you will need to be motivated to work hard in becoming an expert in all the sports and the products we offer in store.

Flexibility towards your working hours is required. You will need to be available to support the team during the busiest and key trading times including the spring (March to April) & autumn (August to October) pre-seasons. You will be required to work alternate weekends. Full product training is provided.

Salary – £17,550 p/a
Hours – 37.5 hours per week (some weekends required)
